That is the most common response I get after sharing my family court testimony, and they’re right! I don’t look like a mom who spent over $100,000 in legal fees bouncing around the family court system like a worn-out pinball between hearings, trials, custody evaluations (yep, plural, I had four), restraining orders, depositions, and multiple courtrooms across two states.

And I indeed don’t look like a mom who was awarded custody of her three children, then lost custody in an instance, only to fight and win sole custody in the end.

But I do look like God’s grace and a mom who found a way to overcome the family court system and gain a better version of herself.

    The key to proving your case in family court is dependent on one thing: documentation. With 12 years in the family court system, I can fill a storage unit with my documentation. I've created a winning documentation system that takes the stress out of documenting and make retrieval easy.
