Your case, just you and me.

Consultations are a great way to get 1-on-1 advice from me on any subject relating to the family court system or your case.

Before you book FAQ

There are few important things you should know before you schedule a consultation:

  • Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, I offer a free, one-time, 30-minute consultation. I strongly encourage you to write down your questions in advance to maximize the consultation time.

  • How much are paid consultations and are they refundable?

Paid consultations are $150/hr. Refunds are not granted due to the exclusive virtual nature of this service, all purchases are final as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

  • Will you give legal advice?

I am not an attorney nor will I provide legal advice. I encourage every mentee and student to work directly with an attorney.

  • Do you provide therapy plans or treatment?

I am not a therapist nor will I diagnose or provide mental health treatment plans. Mentoring is not professional mental health care or medical care. The information provided during consultation is not a substitute for professional advice such as a psychiatrist, attorney or counselor. I encourage every mentee and student to work directly with an attorney and licensed mental health professional.

  • What forms of payment do you take? Do you take insurance?

I accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Discover Card. I do not accept cash or checks.

I cannot accept any form of insurance because I am not a licensed medical professional.

  • I live outside of the United States but I need to talk. Do you accept global consultations?

Unfortunately, I do not accept non-U.S. consultations at the moment. I want to provide the best advice to you and I am only familiar with United States family court system.

  • Do you have a cancellation policy and/or fee?

Yes, I do have a cancellation policy. As a single, working mom of three active kids, I have to protect my time and schedule. You may cancel up to one hour before your scheduled time. After one hour you will incur a $50 cancellation fee. However, if you reschedule the call, I will refund the $50 fee after your scheduled appointment. All paid mentor sessions are non-refundable per my Terms and Conditions..

    Gift Card Cancellation Policy

Divody, LLC. gift card funds can only be applied to mentor sessions and are non-refundable.

  • Where do the consultations take place?

All consultations are conference calls or Zoom meetings. I will call you at the phone number you provide or send you a Zoom meeting link to the email you provide.

  • Do you offer consultation packages and discounts?

I do not offer consultation packages at the moment. However, if you prefer 1-on-1 consultation versus the online course, we can discuss a package deal that works best for you.

I do not offer discounts for consultations. Be sure to follow me on social media as I do post specials from time-to-time.
